The TCFEF summer internship program is a 12-week program (Mid-May through Mid-August) that provides the opportunity to gain exposure to real-world experience in the financial services industry and become a candidate for future entry-level TCF job opportunities. The program gives experience and exposure to areas such as Sales, Marketing, Credit, Portfolio and Operations within the Equipment Finance industry

• Industry research and content development
• Develop an understanding of, and manage, new transaction flow including pricing and submitting transactions
• Work with members of the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer email campaigns
• Participate in organizational strategies to effectively solicit existing customers and develop new customer relationships
• Develop multi-faceted marketing plan, including implementation for a specific industry

• Hands-on experience putting your skills to work on live projects and transactions

• Development of professional skills and competencies
• Access to a dynamic corporate environment and culture
• Mentors to help navigate the organization and provide guidance on your future career

• Marketing,Sales,business administration or related field majors with a GPA of 2.8 or higher
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite. HTML experience is a plus
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong integrity and sensitivity in dealing with highly confidential information
• Ability to prioritize and manage challenging deadlines
