ABOUT THE ROLE:


As a summer intern with our
Traffic & Technology team in
our
Omaha, NE office you will perform meaningful,
hands-on,
real-world work that will transform your classroom
experience and help you
envision your future career . You'll be part
of a team, working for our clients across the Midwest on projects with our most
experienced engineers. You'll help develop and modify engineering drawings and
perform traffic engineering studies. You will also have a chance to develop
project management skills, interact with professionals from various engineering
disciplines, and interact with the public as we seek input on studies and
design. You'll get an introduction to Olsson Associates' culture that will help
you evaluate our firm as a career choice.

YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

• 
  Traffic Engineering Studies

  Traffic-Related Design (traffic signals,
  roundabouts, pavement markings, signing)

  CAD drafting

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Pursuing a degree in
  Civil Engineering

• Excellent written and verbal
  communication skills

• Highly
  detail-oriented and
  self-motivated

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)

• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation

• Excellent interpersonal skills
