The Fox Internship Program provides mentoring and learning opportunities to help you develop your skills, network with Fox employees, and learn more about what it's like to work in the entertainment industry.
Duties Will Include:
- Provide production support for week day and weekend NASCAR studio shows.
- Making clip reels
- Cutting b-roll
- Supporting feature producers on remote shoots, and other various projects as dictated by show producers.
Learning Objective:
An exciting opportunity to gain exposure to studio production through hands on experience by being fully immersed into the daily broadcast workflow. Interns will attend daily rundown meetings, weekly planning meetings, spend significant time in control rooms, edit bays, on set, and in the field, to develop a broad understanding of television production.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate, sophomore status or higher. Graduate students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must have an interest in television production and a strong knowledge of NASCAR
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Must have a positive attitude, be eager to learn and hard working
To participate in Fox's Internship program you must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
- Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
