Position Description:
The role of the Client Success Intern is to perform a wide variety of administrative, coordination, event planning and execution of various department activities, and programs. Provide general administrative support undertaken on an as-needed basis including meeting/room/AV scheduling, arranging of meal service, tracking and ensuring follow-up on all relevant active issues. The primary responsibility of the Client Success Intern is to provide support to the program manager.


Additional responsibilities are:

  • Maintain and track reports
  • Assist with management and coordination of meeting requests
  • Organize and secure all materials needed for various events
  • Provide support and be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist with research of complex travel arrangements, including international
  • Assist with international business expense reimbursement
  • Establish effective working relationships with all colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required/requested

Skills & Knowledge:
Maintain a high level of support skills including:

  • Excellent communication, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills:

  • Outlook
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Recommended:

  • Multiple years of administrative and/or coordinator work experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma
