The Opportunity

Our Class A Operators (Field Services) will perform duties associated with industrial/environmental cleaning, hazardous waste pick up/disposal, emergency response, and site remediation while working in all types of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Operate the following units as required: vacuum trucks (Cusco/Guzzler), roll-offs, and tankers;
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports; and
• Field technician duties as required.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Class A with a clean record; Tanker/Hazmat endorsements preferred;
• Previous experience driving vacuum truck, tanker and or/roll-off preferred;
• Ability to travel and be on call for emergency response (rotation schedule will vary by branch);
• Previous environmental/field service industry experience is a plus; and
• Experience in a labor-intensive role is an asset.
