KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Purchase Orders for Facilities as well as Health, Safety, and Environment
Write PO requests for facilities services, safety shoes, uniforms, eye glasses and other office supplies
Assist in the receiving and reconciliation of managed POs
Contact Facilities vendors as needed for issues resolution
Resolve receipt or shipment issues with other team members or teams
Coordinate Uniform Ordering Process
Serve as Site Office Area Coordinator
Manage conference room including phones and furniture
Serve as Office Printer Service Point of Contact
Manage changes to office upgrades and seating assignments
Manage for facilities branding
Manage site distribution email list
Manage access and inventory to vault, manage periodic purging of aged vault material
Serve as Vendeteria (Market) administrator and Service Point of Contact
Track and report budget status
Manage minor facilities projects
Update iView as required for Site Activities
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
Strong Computer Skills
Well organized with strong attention to detail
Ariba PO process
Supplier Management of quotes and Purchase Orders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team-based work environment
A self starter with problem solving skills
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Maximo inventory management system experience a plus
High volume environment/ manufacturing experience
PC skills (Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel, E-Mail systems etc.)
